Learning model and workload
Interactive online workshops with video observation, evidence coding, role-played conferences and workplace practice.

Assessment and award
An observed lesson evidence record, a recorded feedback conference and a justified development plan, reviewed against transparent criteria.
A successful outcome receives a final credential and a unique public verification code. A grade appears where one is issued, while public display of holder data follows the applicable consent settings. The online record is the authoritative evidence of current status.
