04

Role authority, quality metrics, risk and incident controls, accessibility, security, responsible AI and corrective action.

Engagement model

The scope and output are agreed before the work starts.

Consultancy is designed around a defined technical question. It may diagnose, develop, review, facilitate or train, but it does not transfer management responsibility from the client to Certiqual.

  1. 01
    Define the technical question

The engagement starts with the organisation, intended use, affected scope and decisions the work must support.

  2. 02
    Screen competence and conflicts

Certiqual confirms the required expertise and whether previous or future assessment work creates an impartiality restriction.

  3. 03
    Agree evidence and deliverables

The proposal names inputs, methods, responsibilities, outputs, exclusions and completion criteria.

  4. 04
    Analyse, challenge and hand over

Work is tested with the client, limitations are recorded and outputs are handed over for the organisation to own and implement.
