For applicants preparing evidence against the published standard applicable to their chosen route.
Use CQ-TPL-02 version 1.0 for work started against this publication. Retain the code and version with any saved or shared copy; a later version does not silently rewrite an earlier decision record.
CQ-TPL-02.01
Intended use
Populate one row for every applicable published requirement. The workbook is designed to reveal unsupported assertions before submission and to give assessors a traceable route from requirement to source evidence.
CQ-TPL-02.02
Evidence logic
Distinguish what was designed, how it operates and what outcomes or monitoring show. Cite stable record identifiers, periods and populations rather than relying on filenames alone. Explain sample rationale, access restrictions and any contrary or incomplete evidence.

Internal review
Assign a process owner, status and reviewer for each row. Use the live summary to identify gaps, but treat completion percentages as workflow indicators only. They are not conformity scores and do not predict a Certiqual decision.
