Use CQ-TPL-01 version 1.0 for work started against this publication. Retain the code and version with any saved or shared copy; a later version does not silently rewrite an earlier decision record.
CQ-TPL-01.01
Intended use
Complete this workbook before eligibility review or whenever the proposed scope changes. It creates one controlled statement of the legal entity, assessment subject and operational boundaries to be discussed with Certiqual.
CQ-TPL-01.02
How to complete it
Use the language sheet required, complete the pale response cells and identify exact names, versions, sites, territories and third parties. Record exclusions as deliberately as inclusions. Retain the code and version when the file is shared.
CQ-TPL-01.03
Control and review
An authorised person should confirm completeness and accuracy. Certiqual may challenge, narrow or restructure the proposed scope where accountability or evidence access is unclear. The approved scope is the scope stated in the formal decision, not this draft workbook.
