A technical alignment dossier including construct mapping, panel materials, a simulated standard-setting study and a reasoned recommendation.

A successful outcome receives a final credential and a unique public verification code. A grade appears where one is issued, while public display of holder data follows the applicable consent settings. The online record is the authoritative evidence of current status.
